If not, it would be enough to start a diet to lose weight easily and quickly! In fact, to lose weight and, above all, to maintain good physical shape, it is important to adopt some simple rules.
Don't skip meals
Eating little and often has beneficial effects as you feel fuller, full of energy and your metabolism is faster. Skipping meals is bad for your health and doesn't help you lose weight. Fasts, especially if followed by large binges, promote an increase in fat mass and loss of lean mass.
Eat slowly
When you have the habit of eating too fast you will not feel the sense of satiety, so you never feel satisfied and you are led to continue eating. Furthermore, eating too fast is bad for your health, as a correct chewing is essential for good digestion and subsequent absorption of nutrients in food. I advise you to learn to chew a bite for at least 15/20 times: help your metabolism to be faster and not ingest annoying excessive amounts of air. Eating slowly will also make us taste better the foods we eat, making us feel more satisfied.
Breakfast: better not skip it
Try to always have breakfast, make two snacks a day mid-morning and mid-afternoon. At lunch always choose carbohydrates and dinner for protein. Eat two servings of vegetables and three of fruit each day.
Move more
To lose weight you need to follow a balanced diet and move in the right way. Physical Activity plays a very important role in determining the well-being of the person: doing some daily movement together with a healthy and correct diet and a suitable lifestyle is a valid aid not only in the management of body weight , but also a natural way to prevent numerous diseases. Making some movement does not necessarily mean going to the gym every day! Use your bicycle, walk briskly, take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk the dog, park the car away from your workplace or your children's school, you will make your life less sedentary.
Changing your lifestyle is certainly very difficult, but you will see that the beneficial effects will not be long in coming and your diet will also be easier to follow than it seemed at the beginning!
