Homemade face cream for sensitive skin

4 handmade creams for sensitive skin

Each ingredient has a variety of functions, making it possible to create a handmade night cream that best fits the skin type.

1. Aloe Vera, Milk, Olive Oil Cream

The first handmade cream for sensitive skin can be made simple. Because it is rich in vitamins, minerals and essential amino acids, it is perfect for reducing under-eye stigma.

Aloe Vera is an amazing natural moisturizer that regulates oil content and maintains moisture. Lactic acid found in milk does not stimulate the skin and acts to remove keratin.

Combining all the ingredients can create natural oils that supply moisture deep into the skin.

material

2 tablespoons of aloe Vera gel (30g)
1 tablespoon olive oil (16g)
2 tablespoons of milk powder (30g)

how to make

Aloe Vera, mix milk and olive oil evenly.
Wash your face and neck with mild soap and warm water.
Apply cream to the skin and massage in a circular motion for a few minutes to be completely absorbed.
In the morning, wash your face with mild soap and lukewarm water.
The cream can be made in large quantities and stored in sealed plastic or glass containers. You do not need to keep it in the refrigerator, but you can refrigerate if you want to keep it cool.

2. Avocado Egg

This cream, which is introduced the second time, is good taste, but it is good to try it.

Avocados contain polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acids that protect the sensitive skin.

Monounsaturated fats provide healthy light to the skin and keep the dermis moist.
Polyunsaturated fats sensitize the skin and protect the skin from damage caused by inflammation and sunlight.
Egg yolk contains good fats and cholesterol to treat damaged, wrinkled skin. Egg whites are ideal for moisturizing the skin and reducing the size of the pores.

material

1/2 ripe avocado
1 egg

how to make

I crush avocado finely well.
Add eggs and mix until creamy. You can use a mixer if you like.
Apply cream on the cleansed skin with a circle.
Wait a few minutes and then lie down on the bed.
In the morning, wash with mild soap.
Use twice a week for moist skin with reduced wrinkles.
The remaining cream should be stored in a clean container with a lid and in a cool dark place like a refrigerator.

3. Orange Yogurt Cream

This cream  has a delicious incense and texture. The orange peel contains potassium and vitamin A, an antioxidant that combats fatigue and wrinkles on the face.

Yogurt, lemon juice and turmeric, on the other hand, complement the efficacy of orange moisturizing and purifying. Mixing these ingredients together will result in a perfect cream for sensitive skin.

material

1 piece orange peel
1 tablespoon of turmeric powder (15g)
1/2 cup of natural yogurt (100g)
1 teaspoon of lemon juice (5mL)

how to make

Put the ingredients in the bowl and mix until creamy texture.
Cleanse your face with a mild cleanser that fits your skin.
Wipe the remaining water off the face and apply a thin cream.
Wait 15 minutes and rinse.
For best results use cream every night.
Because the cream contains lemon, you should not stay overnight. If you do not want to wash separately, let's make a lemon juice to prevent irritation.

4. Coconut oil honey cream

Honey is an excellent material for skin with antibacterial and high antioxidant properties. Coconut oil is well known for its pleasant fragrances and antioxidants.

material

1/2 cup of coconut oil (100g)
3 tablespoons of honey (75g)

how to make

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix carefully.
Put it in the microwave and return it until it becomes liquid.
Use your fingertips for a few seconds to warm the cream before using it on your face.
Apply cream to the face and neck with a circle.
Leave it for one night and wash your face with mild soap and water in the morning.
Keep the cream in a plastic container with a lid. You do not need to warm up the cream again every night, because all the ingredients are mixed to make the cream.
