This posting will help if you are experiencing blurred vision and tears. It's as simple as moving your eyes. Although it may seem unnecessary at first, exercising your eyes will help improve your vision. Especially because it is so simple than I thought, I can easily follow it. You can enjoy 10 minutes of exercise every day for 10 minutes.
01. Blink the eye for 2 minutes to control blood circulation.
02. Fix the eyes forward,
It fixes your gaze forward and rotates your head from right to left, from top to bottom, to circulate blood.
03. Move your eyes slowly to the left and right eye movements
Slowly move your gaze to the left from the right. Slowly repeat in the opposite direction again and do eye movement.
04. Relax tension in the dark and adapt to vision
Close your eyes and relax. Adaptation (movement) of vision in dark space helps to strengthen photoreceptor cells that recognize specific colors.
05. Move your eyes in many directions.
It moves from right to left and from top to bottom. Then rotate the eye in a circular motion. Reminiscent of the number 8 and practice the pupil exercise.
06. Tension and relieve the muscles of the eye.
Close your eyes for 3 to 5 seconds and relax your eye muscles while increasing blood circulation.
07. Shiatsu the temple.
Gently press your temples with your fingers. Maintain and relieve this pressure for about 2 seconds. Repeat this exercise 4 to 5 times.
08. Move your gaze to a triangle composition.
Open your eyes and move your gaze in a geometric shape as shown below.
09. Close your eyes and move up and down
Close your eyes and gently move your eyeball up and down five to 10 times.
10. Close view away view
Sit in front of a white wall and stand with your thumb in front of your face. Try focusing on your thumb for 10 to 15 seconds. Next, keep your eyes on an object 3m ~ 6m away from your head and focus for 10 ~ 15 seconds. I practice this repetition five times in total.
