Do not wait until you are thirsty to drink, because your body needs water long before you are thirsty. Natural water of course, but you can try tap water or bottled mineral water, natural or slightly flavored, carbonated or non-carbonated. Juices, tea, refreshing drinks, milk, and other drinks are great too, provided you do not abuse them.
